Idly Podi (Brain Booster)

Idly podi is everyone’s favourite. Mostly used in every day breakfast or dinner. To make it healthier and increase the brain power thought to add Walnuts to it, and it worked. Let’s get into the recipe

Ingredients


Walnuts

1 cup

Black Urud Dhal

1 cup

Split moong dhal

1 cup

Channa dhal

1/2 cup

Pea nuts

1/2 cup

Fried gram

1/2 cup

Black sesame seeds

1/2 cup

Curry leaves

1/2 cup

Hing

1/2 spoon

Red chillies

Salt to taste

 

      
Preparation

Dry roast each ingredient separately. Cool down and grind it to bit course powder. Enjoy it with gingelly oil.
