Healthy Cutlet
Cutlet is everyone’s favorite chat.
My kids doesn’t like capsicum, sprouted moong dhal...
I tried to add all the veggies in a cutlet and served with
sauce, surprisingly they enjoyed eating all cutlets leaving the plate empty.
Hope you like my version of cutlet, let’s get into the recipe.

Dhal (Boiled) |

Potato Big
(Boiled and Mashed) |

Ginger Garlic

2 Tea spoons |

Turmeric powder |
1/4 Tea spoon |

Chilli powder |
1 Tea spoon |

Garam Masala
powder |

Chat masala |
1/2 Tea spoon |

Lemon juice |
Half lemon (optional) |

Corn Flour |
2 Table spoons |

Bread Crumbs |
|
|
Coriander
leaves |

Groundnut Oil
to fry |

Procedure
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry.
Add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes.
Add chopped carrot, beans and fry well.
Add tomatoes, salt and cook till done.
Add chopped capsicum, cabbage and fry well.
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cook till raw smell
goes.
Add boiled sprouted moong dhal, and mashed potatoes.
Give a good mix so all ingredients blend well.
Atlast add garam masala powder, chat masala powder, chopped
coriander and blend well.
Check salt and add if required.
Make balls and prepare cutlet patties in required shape.
Mix corn flour in 1/4 cup of water, dip each cutlet in this mixture then dip in bread crumbs and set aside.
Shallow fry all patties in oil
Now cutlet is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
Kids will love this cutlet with sauce for sure.
